Refunds

We do not refund part-months. Cancel whenever you like and your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for — but the money for that period stays spent.

1.The policy

Every plan is billed monthly in advance. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not return the current one.

  • Cancel any time — from Settings, in the billing portal. Your plan keeps working until the period you paid for ends, and nothing renews after it.
  • No part-month refunds — a month already started is not refunded, whether you cancel on day 2 or day 29.
  • Moving to a smaller plan is credited, not refunded — the unused part of the period you already paid for is applied against your next invoice rather than returned to your card.

Nothing you do inside your plan is a charge, so there is nothing there to refund. Adding a competitor costs nothing and removing one returns nothing: the price is per plan, and the money was settled when you chose it.

2.Why it is written this way

Because you can find out whether probr is any use to you without paying for it. Every new workspace gets 7 days running the product in full — the daily sweep, the feed, the weekly brief, all of it — with no card taken and nothing to cancel. Almost everything you would want a refund to answer — is it accurate, is it noisy, does it find anything I did not already know — is answerable there first, for nothing, and before any money changes hands at all.

A stricter policy is easier to state plainly than a lenient one applied inconsistently. This is the one we apply.

3.Plans we granted

Some workspaces run on a plan we gave rather than one that was bought — the founding accounts among them. Nothing was charged for those, so there is nothing to refund and this page does not apply to them. Section 10 of the Terms of Service covers what a granted plan is and how it can end.

4.What we cannot decide for you

Payment is taken by our payment provider, which is the merchant of record — the seller on your statement, and the party that holds the money. It can issue a refund under its own buyer terms whether or not this page says so. Nothing here removes that, and nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

If your local law gives you a right to cancel and be repaid, that right applies regardless of anything on this page. Where a statutory right to withdraw exists and can be given up by agreeing to start the service immediately, the checkout is where that is asked and answered — not here.

5.If something is wrong

A policy about part-months is not a policy about mistakes. If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, or charged for a plan you never chose, that is a billing error and we will fix it — write to hello@probr.ai with the invoice and we will sort it out. This page is not a reason to keep money that was not owed.

The billing mechanics — what each plan costs, when a plan change takes effect, what happens when a payment fails — are in section 10 of the Terms of Service. They are not repeated here, so the two cannot drift apart.
